Little Women by Louisa May Alcott
It’s sweet and endearing, what’s not to like? It’s the ultimate family novel involving the very real-life antics of four sisters becoming women together, even though it’s very American and very domestic and very idealised. I’m not fond of the sequels (but how many sequels have been written successfully?) but the first instalment was charming.
I’ve read Little Vampire Women by the same author. 💕

I read Little Women so many times growing up 🙂 And Anne of Green Gables! Great choice.
