David and Goliath by Malcolm Gladwell
After reading this, I didn’t feel so small, like I had control over my own destiny. It taught me that inconveniences are not always a disadvantage, the sure-fire win method is no guarantee of success, and that in reality the David that won always had the advantage over the Goliath, regardless of what people thought, because it all came down to how you used the assets you were given. Whenever I’m nervous or down about something, I always think about this text to calm me down.
It was the first Gladwell book I read and introduced me to his other works. I highly recommend this.
